6. Organize different motivational plans and games for staff.
7. Provide better link between worker and management.
8. Maintain the all records of employees.

In addition human resource management team or manager always play an important role to give skilled candidate or employees for better growth of organization. if overall skilled staff is not managed in right direction then long term productivity and growth of organization is affected.
